- KristenDocDockeryCopper ContributorHi, my question is how are organizations identifying use cases for Copilot for M365 for immediate value and then how they are rolling out Copilot for M365 beyond the pilot group of users. Are they requiring training for user's requesting licenses? If so, how?
- Andrea_Lum
Microsoft
You can leverage the Copilot Scenario Library to identify high-value use cases by functional role: https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot-scenario-library/ No training is required, however we encourage you to use the resources on the Microsoft Copilot adoption site to develop a plan to roll Copilot out to your organization by department and lead training. There is a training kit and user enablement kit on the adoption site in the "User enablement" section that can help with rolling Copilot out beyond a pilot group. https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot/

Can you please rephrase your question?
- johnsonteyBrass ContributorGiven Copilot Pages in Bizchat 1. Does it inherit sensitivity labels? How do we apply different labels after? 2. Does the author own the 'doc'? 3. Can we use them as Loop components after or is it only a Bizchat multiplayer? 4. Can there be Copilot Pages that gets also kept in OneDrive? 5. Can we save all Copilot Pages into a Sharepoint repository?
- Jeff_RobertsCopper ContributorIs this a chat only event, Sarah?

- Sarah_GilbertSilver ContributorWelcome to the Microsoft 365 Copilot Ask Microsoft Anything (AMA)! This live hour gives you the opportunity to ask questions directly to the Microsoft team. Please post any questions in a separate, new comment thread on this event.
- annetoalBrass ContributorWhat is the timeline for education tenants to receive Wave 2?
- Rob_NunleyCopper ContributorAre questions asked to Copilot used to train the model?
- KevinSherman
Microsoft
No. Prompts and responses are not used to train the underlying large language models. Beyond that, Copilot prompts and responses will stay within the Microsoft 365 service boundary and all associated data handling commitments will apply, including support for GDPR, ISO/IEC 270181, and our Data Protection Addendum. Prompts and responses will be logged, will be subject to customers’ data retention policies, and will be available for eDiscovery and other Purview capabilities.
- annetoalBrass ContributorPlease detail exactly what features in Wave 2 will be available to anyone logging in with an Entra ID and which ones require a Copilot for M365 or a Teams Premiuim subscription.
- bschonhaut97Copper ContributorOur requesters mention that the responses their receiving from Copilot are poor. We want to be able to QA their prompts to ensure they're leveraging the tool correctly, what's the best way to do so?
- KevinSherman

Just to ensure I understand, are you trying to avoid asking users to send you the prompts, are you looking to do this in mass, or is there another challenge you're trying to work around? Love the idea of checking as sometimes it's just a matter of rewording prompts (more context is always better!), but want to make sure I'm answering the right question.- bschonhaut97Copper ContributorHey Kevin, Yeah we're trying to avoid users having to share prompts with us directly. Typically what happens is, a user sends a prompt, gets a bad answer and then lets us know hours later. We're looking to avoid having to have the user take any additional action and instead be able to look at the prompt history through some admin portal and evaluate

One option you have is to encourage your users to use the "Share you prompt" feature to send the prompt to a triaging email group when they feel like they have received a poor prompt.
- bschonhaut97Copper ContributorFor both Copilot 365 and Copilot Studio, what is the recommended method of querying a SharePoint site and the documents within that site?
- carolinecamp98
Microsoft
There are many different options depending on where you start for Copilot Studio. You can add the SharePoint site in your knowledge sources in the full Copilot Studio experience itself. You can add it within the new lightweight experience in BizChat when prompted or in the "configure" tab. (GA by end of October) You can also create a agent in SharePoint and it will be added based on the sharepoint page you start from and can add in more. Thanks!- bschonhaut97Copper ContributorThank you for your response, if I may ask a brief follow up - We may have a SharePoint site with several hundred documents, are we able to query either copilot or copilot studio to parse those documents and retrieve data from each. I.e. "Return me as a list all documents in the Contracts SharePoint Site Collection that have a "Data Retention Clause".?
