Our requesters mention that the responses their receiving from Copilot are poor. We want to be able to QA their prompts to ensure they're leveraging the tool correctly, what's the best way to do so?

Sep 19, 2024Just to ensure I understand, are you trying to avoid asking users to send you the prompts, are you looking to do this in mass, or is there another challenge you're trying to work around? Love the idea of checking as sometimes it's just a matter of rewording prompts (more context is always better!), but want to make sure I'm answering the right question.

Typically what happens is, a user sends a prompt, gets a bad answer and then lets us know hours later. We're looking to avoid having to have the user take any additional action and instead be able to look at the prompt history through some admin portal and evaluate
