Hi, my question is how are organizations identifying use cases for Copilot for M365 for immediate value and then how they are rolling out Copilot for M365 beyond the pilot group of users. Are they requiring training for user's requesting licenses? If so, how?

You can leverage the Copilot Scenario Library to identify high-value use cases by functional role: https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot-scenario-library/ No training is required, however we encourage you to use the resources on the Microsoft Copilot adoption site to develop a plan to roll Copilot out to your organization by department and lead training. There is a training kit and user enablement kit on the adoption site in the "User enablement" section that can help with rolling Copilot out beyond a pilot group. https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot/
