- TK421Copper ContributorIs Copilot going to be integrated into Windows Event Viewer? I think this could be a useful tool to analyse events for predictive failure or highlight new trends or errors. Or in the event of an issue, make it easier to find the "needle in a haystack"!
- colceriuCopper ContributorFew questions around the semantic index (1) Is Copilot/BizChat and all other forms of copilots including agents using the same semantic index/embeddings? (2) Is the semantic index created for all services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams cont) the moment the first M365 Copilot license is "dropped" into a tenant? (3) If permissions on a document or folder in sharepoint are updated for a user, will these be reflected immediately in the RAG experience, BizChat or agent? (including removing permissions) (4) Do administrators have any controls on how the content is ranked in the semantic index, or any type of control on the semantic index for that matter?

Copilot agents in SharePoint uses the same semantic index as M365 Copilot
- teizookumuraCopper ContributorMy question is about how Microsoft protects customer data. I understand that the new EDP has been applied to Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise), and that this product is now subject to the DPA that applies to Microsoft 365 Copilot. My question is, does this also apply if an organization allows web grounding in Microsoft 365 Copilot (Work)? If so, is there any documentation available to show this?

If you haven't already seen it I'd read through the documentation available here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot/microsoft-365/manage-public-web-access
- ClausjuhlIron ContributorRegarding the Copilot agent feature in SharePoint, is it necessary for both the creator and the user to have an M365 Copilot license or can users with the Copilot EDP use a Copilot that has already been created?

Hi Claus- For Copilot agents in SharePoint any user licensed for SharePoint can build a Copilot agent. To consume (including testing) the user needs to have a M365 Copilot license, or the tenant must be licensed for Copilot Studio. To interact with the agents would require M365 Copilot or a tenant licensed for Copilot Studio.
- ClausjuhlIron ContributorWhat is the ETA for the announced copilot changes in Outlook
- Gabriel_ValdezBronze ContributorThe new draft with Copilot experience will start rolling out this month and prioritize my inbox will start rolling out in December in preview.

Hi Claus - Many of these features are rolling out over the next few weeks. You can learn more in our blog post: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot/blog/copilot-studio/unveiling-copilot-agents-built-with-microsoft-copilot-studio-to-supercharge-your-business/
- ClausjuhlIron ContributorWhen will Copilot in PowerPoint be able to integrate and use content from 3rd party template solutions like Templify
- aschilbach
Microsoft
We've heard a similar ask for Templafy and other 3P integrations. It's a great question, and this is a feature ask the product team is aware of but we don't have a timeline to share of when this may be available. In the meantime, you could learn more about the SharePoint Organization asset library connection announced at the Wave 2 event here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/connect-organizational-asset-libraries-to-copilot
- ClausjuhlIron ContributorWhich endpoint will copilot pages come to, and is it only for users with M365 copilot license or also Entra sign in user with Copilot EDP
- ClausjuhlIron Contributor
What is the admin setting for controlling who can create copilot agent in https://www.microsoft365.com/chat and in SharePoint and cover the admin setting an option to disable it
- mande1191Iron ContributorWave 2 reads quite exciting. And yes, I know that this is about Microsoft 365 Copilot. Are there any news about Copilot Pro, something like wave 2 for Copilot Pro? 😉
