Microsoft 365 Copilot: Wave 2 AMA

Few questions around the semantic index (1) Is Copilot/BizChat and all other forms of copilots including agents using the same semantic index/embeddings? (2) Is the semantic index created for all services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams cont) the moment the first M365 Copilot license is "dropped" into a tenant? (3) If permissions on a document or folder in sharepoint are updated for a user, will these be reflected immediately in the RAG experience, BizChat or agent? (including removing permissions) (4) Do administrators have any controls on how the content is ranked in the semantic index, or any type of control on the semantic index for that matter?
