For both Copilot 365 and Copilot Studio, what is the recommended method of querying a SharePoint site and the documents within that site?

MicrosoftThere are many different options depending on where you start for Copilot Studio.
You can add the SharePoint site in your knowledge sources in the full Copilot Studio experience itself.
You can add it within the new lightweight experience in BizChat when prompted or in the "configure" tab. (GA by end of October)
You can also create a agent in SharePoint and it will be added based on the sharepoint page you start from and can add in more.

- Thank you for your response, if I may ask a brief follow up - We may have a SharePoint site with several hundred documents, are we able to query either copilot or copilot studio to parse those documents and retrieve data from each. I.e. "Return me as a list all documents in the Contracts SharePoint Site Collection that have a "Data Retention Clause".?
- @Caroline Camp....But what is the best practise for attaching a file from graph for a word or powerpoint prompt? Right now Copy file path and paste is the most accurate option but involves extra steps - any plans to access the graph more effectively?
- Is Microsoft planning to have a direct chatbot plugin interface on sharepoint site to have seamless experience? Probably with URL metadata filtering to narrow down results based on current URL?
