Windows Installer CleanUp Utility is a free official Microsoft tool that helps you completely uninstall apps on Windows 11 by cleaning up problematic Windows Installer entries.
What it does：Removes Windows Installer registration entries to fix stuck or failed uninstallations.
Note：Old tool but still effective for stubborn MSI-installed programs.
Usage Guide：
1. Download and install the tool.
2. Open Windows Installer Clean Up.
3. Select the program from the list.
4. Click Remove.
5. Then manually delete the program's folder.
This is a reliable way to completely uninstall apps on Windows 11 when standard uninstall methods fail for MSI-based software.
