I know the feeling.
No way, in this market and next year's inflation, I can afford a brand-new PC.
Maybe it's a good thing I finally have to switch over to Linux, at this point Microsoft is poor shaming people while spying on us.
Let us hope that Steam Deck is a success with more support for Linux.

The other point is changing the os is a hassle but after 5 years, if you’re still using this computer then you might want to look at Linux since by Windows it will be end of life and it will not catch new features or security risks any longer…

As challenge for myself and use it 6-12 months.
