There is simply no reason. Microsoft testers know this processor work. Just accept it and stop the nonsense

It has nothing to do with the mechanics it’s all about what they legally have to deliver and at the same time what can maximize profits and minimize overhead… that’s why they cannot just make windows 10 obsolete and start selling the new version cause many bought it a few months ago they would have got ripped off it needs 10 years of coverage… so they did it based on age of processor..

Also someone could say well I bought windows 10 , 3 weeks and it’s not the latest anymore… so they decided better to retire based on age of processors… so they are in the drivers seat and you just have to listen and pay up.. and continue to take your windows 10 updates…
