The i7-7700K meet the minimun requierments to run Win11. But its not suported, Why?

Yes it’s the same docket but it requires 300 z390 motherboard.

Why is that? Where do you see it won’t work with z270?

    The ASUS z270-I ITX board. ASUS site lists the best processor as core i7-7700k plus Intel states that a z390 motherboard chipset is required for an 8700k

        It’s 480 for new motherboard and i5 , 580 for i7 and 830 for i9 chip priced with motherboard no fan or anything else… 11th generation
