I wonder why the Moderator does not remove third-party links - which are (advertising) a third-party product, in the Microsoft space -> This is very funny!

who says this thread is being monitored? nothing has been said or done by microsoft about this issue on this thread. this thread is almost 16 months old.

    LOL - this is probably true. I feel the angst of trying to find what you are working on on the taskbar.

    That microsoft manager must still be trying to find the window that has the Teams chat in it where the devs were asking if they should add a toggle for never combine in the next patch release of 11. Though I doubt that microsoft uses the useless Teams internally. So maybe the chat is in Slack... but the manager still can't find that window because his taskbar is combined.

    Hey, you can always install 3rd party tools and risk bricking your windows Installation on some random update.

     

    Or, i guess -just be unproductive, as the Microsoft manager who made the decision to not include "never combine" in Win 11 must be.

     

    2 terrific choices - what's your problem? 😉

     

    It is clear that Microsoft is not going to respond in any way or even manages it's own forums AT ALL (e.g. remove potential harmful links to 3rd party hacks, like other companies do). So I'll unsubscribe from this topic and while I do it I glance with disbelieve at the 5% of the taskbar I can actually use, while 95% of the taskbar is unusable empty space that could made me more productive (ultrawide monitor).

     

    Juuust terrific..
