authetification app
I changed my phone and I no longer have access to my authentication application so I can no longer connect to my email... I just have another email to receive a code in case I forget my password but when I use it it still asks me for a code from the authentication application.

Hi! Since you no longer have access to your authentication app, try using the account recovery or backup codes provided when you set up 2FA. If unavailable, contact support to reset your authentication method so you can regain access to your email.

if you have backup enabled on the Authenticator, just install it on the new phone and retrieve backup.
unfortunately it will work only if both old and new phones are the same Android or IOS
If this is a personal account, you have just permanently locked yourself out.
If this is a work/corporate account, you need to contact Microsoft support.
