I changed my phone and I no longer have access to my authentication application so I can no longer connect to my email... I just have another email to receive a code in case I forget my password but ...

Hi! Since you no longer have access to your authentication app, try using the account recovery or backup codes provided when you set up 2FA. If unavailable, contact support to reset your authentication method so you can regain access to your email.
