SharePoint Workflows in Android or IOS devices, is it supported ?
What is the support for SharePoint workflows in the modern SharePoint online in mobile devices ?
Android and IOS.
Workflows, how much are they supported ?
For the mobile devices, Some test results are

- Start a custom workflow created: works
- SharePoint App:

- (iPhone - iOS >12.):
- Safari:

In the doesn't work scenario :
We can access the initiation form of the Workflow. When we click on Start, we are redirected to the right page. After that nothing happens. When checking the item workflow page we see that the workflow was not started (nothing in progress, nothing completed, etc.).
Any suggestions why the custom workflow works in android but not in the IOS devices, in browser as well as the app ?
- Are you talking about classic workflows or Flows? In case you are talking about classic workflows, the recommendation here is to go to Flow

The Customer has workflows in SharePoint online and migrating to flows will take time.
The issues we have is with the IOS Device that doesn't work for the custom workflows, however the same works for Android devices in app as well as in browser.
at this point of time, customer is not planning to go for Flows. Getting all the processes changed to Flow will take time. Workflows are still supported in SharePoint Online.
Do we have any clue about why it is not working in the IOS devices for the customer workflows ?
