Are you talking about classic workflows or Flows? In case you are talking about classic workflows, the recommendation here is to go to Flow

The Customer has workflows in SharePoint online and migrating to flows will take time.
The issues we have is with the IOS Device that doesn't work for the custom workflows, however the same works for Android devices in app as well as in browser.
at this point of time, customer is not planning to go for Flows. Getting all the processes changed to Flow will take time. Workflows are still supported in SharePoint Online.
Do we have any clue about why it is not working in the IOS devices for the customer workflows ?
