SharePoint 2013 not provisioning OneDrive
Hey all,
So I have a weird situation where new users are not getting a OneDrive provisioned to their SharePoint account. The Mysite gets provisioned correctly, and they can get to it okay but when they click on the OneDrive link it gives them a 404 error. This doesn't happen to existing older accounts, only new ones. At one point we had Hybrid OneDrive configured but I've since disabled it to see if that would take care of the problem, it did not.
I tried deleting the affected users my site and then having them log in and hit it but no dice...
Any thoughts?

UPDATE: After poking around a bit I've found it's a single user on our AD that is having the issue.
The only thing in the logs regarding their profile is a recent display name change made before the Mysite was provisioned. Still haven't found a fix.
Deleting the user mysite and reprovisioning recreates their mysite, but still doesn't provision a OneDrive. New users created are provisioned just fine. I've added many since this one and they all work fine.
Could this be an error in the user's AD profile and not SharePoint?
If so, where would I look for a problem?
- When you say changing display name, was the user's sAMAccountName also changed? One quick and easy thing to do is just delete their user profile from the UPSA, then perform a manual sync from AD.
