SharePoint 2013 not provisioning OneDrive
UPDATE: After poking around a bit I've found it's a single user on our AD that is having the issue.
The only thing in the logs regarding their profile is a recent display name change made before the Mysite was provisioned. Still haven't found a fix.
Deleting the user mysite and reprovisioning recreates their mysite, but still doesn't provision a OneDrive. New users created are provisioned just fine. I've added many since this one and they all work fine.
Could this be an error in the user's AD profile and not SharePoint?
If so, where would I look for a problem?
- Sep 12, 2017When you say changing display name, was the user's sAMAccountName also changed? One quick and easy thing to do is just delete their user profile from the UPSA, then perform a manual sync from AD.

Well, deleting her profile and then syncing again didn't fix the problem either. At a loss...
- Sep 13, 2017Is there a value for "Feed service provider defined identifier" and/or "Personal Site Capabilities" and/or "Personal site" on this person's profile in the UPSA?

So after a little digging it looks like the tech changed her email address and so her email username doesn't match her AD username or her username in SharePoint. I've since deleted her user profile from the service. Will see if that clears the issue up. Thanks for the reply :)
