Purview Compliance Centre Licencing
Hello, I am looking at options for Records Management in SharePoint utilizing either E3 or E5 for the Compliance Centre functionality. Would anyone know how it needs to be licensed? We have about 100...

The general rule would be that all members/owners of a given site/group where records are located will have to be licensed, as well as any users managing the records.
