Open excell on sharepoint 2013 , file will not open for a user on his pc.
A user in our organization is having the following problem.
When he tries to open a particular Sharepoint Excell he receives an error.
His Excell says that he can't open this file. Other docs and Excell on the same library are working fine.
He cleared his Temp Internet explorer files ( IE11) and he deleted the temp internet files.
Reset was done in IE11.
Still receives the same error.
Other users are using the same file without problems. He's the only one who has the problem.
Reboot hasn't help neither.
Anyone a clue?

Hi Reynders,
Thank you for the reply. Based on it, I would agree with Dean that you should try an Office repair on the user's computer, as it seems to be localized to it and to that specific file.
Kindly keep us updated on how it goes :)
