Looking for an Microsoft Expert for on call help

We are a small company with employees in Sydney and Canberra, everyone works from home and there’s about 10 of us. We currently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Sharepoint but we have a growing list of Microsoft issues.

 

Can anyone recommend an IT expert who helps businesses with various Microsoft App issues over the phone? It would be handy to find someone that you could call when an issue arises and who could teach the staff how to fix that issue over the phone when needed? 

 

I know of Geek2u but i'm hoping for more of an 'over the phone' kind of service with an individual who specialises in Microsoft systems.
