I wonder where document libraries datas stored! on onedrive or sharepoint.
because there is a "shared libraries" section on my OneDrive that shows all document libraries that I create on my SharePoint sites.

That shared libraries indicating you that you have access to the listed sharepoint sites, which act as a bookmark for you.
