Get the Document Owner approval before shareing it with external users
I got a requirement from our customer, that they want to implement an Approval workflow, so when any user try to Share a document inside SharePoint or OneDrive with external users, the submitter user...
Use Power Automate (ex-MS Flow).
Victor_Ivanidzebut MS Flow runs after the share is done ... so we can not prevent the share of a file unless it is approved using MS flow
