download of folders fails with anonymous sharing links

Hi,

 

i've opened a ticket at  microsoft support. At the moment i'm waiting for a status update, but it can take a while because it seems not be an issue in the configuration or policies.

 

As soon as i get an anwser from ms, i will post it here.

      I opened a ticket to Microsoft about this issue. After troubleshooting a while the issue just fixed by itself. So perhaps there was just some temporary issue in Office 365 which Microsoft fixed.

        HI,

         

        same behaviour with my case. Suddenly the issue is gone. 

        It's not possible to find the root cause.

        There was an update to our Tenant, but i can't get any further information which service were updated.
