Display the document library metadata in the local Sync folder

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone let me know if there is any option to display the document library metadata in the local synced folder.

For example -

1) I have a document library with metadata - UserDepartment

2) I sync this library to my local folder

3) I dont see the custom column, UserDepartment in the available metadata 

4) Even, i am not able to search for content based on the custom metadata

5) I can see the custom metadata only when i open the document  and then File > Info > properties
