Column validation based on selected answer

Hello All, 

I am trying to do validation column based on another column. 

I have a column called Document Type and it has a 2 option Yes and no. What I am trying to do is that if document Type is Yes then display Delivery Group otherwise do not show Delivery Group Column. 

Any help will be appreciated.
