Cant find preservation hold library
Hi all, I have set a retention policy on our sharepoint however the preservation hold library hasnt appeared and its been over a week and a half. I am a global admin Any ideas?

Make sure you hard-delete at least one item put under hold, then browse to /PreservationHoldLibrary/Forms/AllItems.aspx
When you say hard-delete does this mean out of the recycle bin?
