Cannot Edit my SharePoint PowerApp

Question

Can anyone help with this? I cannot find the form when I try and search for it. I have tried editing from Integrate > Power Apps > Custom Forms. As well as going in to List Settings and Form Settings. Nothing works for this 1 form

I manage multiple custom SharePoint forms with Power Apps, there is one form that when I try to edit it takes me to create an app page instead of the form editor.

SharePoint lists → Integration → Power Apps republishing will be editable!

When I try to access the Power App through SharePoint it does not let me. If I go through List Settings &gt; Form Settings or going through Integrate
