Cannot Edit my SharePoint PowerApp

Can anyone help with this? I cannot find the form when I try and search for it. I have tried editing from Integrate > Power Apps > Custom Forms. As well as going in to List Settings and Form Settings...

SharePoint lists → Integration → Power Apps republishing will be editable!

When I try to access the Power App through SharePoint it does not let me. If I go through List Settings > Form Settings or going through Integrate
