Additional custom access/share permissions in Sharepoint Online/OneDrive for Business
Currently, the available share options are limited.
Is it possible to add custom additional permission levels in SPO/ODfB? For example, custom share settings like this:

- Yes, you can create as many permissions levels as you need. You cannot create new individual permissions
- Great! So, how can this be implemented globally, so, that all SharePoint sites (including personal/ODfB, Team and Group sites) have this option?
