Additional custom access/share permissions in Sharepoint Online/OneDrive for Business
Currently, the available share options are limited.
Is it possible to add custom additional permission levels in SPO/ODfB? For example, custom share settings like this:

Yes, you can create as many permissions levels as you need. You cannot create new individual permissions
Great! So, how can this be implemented globally, so, that all SharePoint sites (including personal/ODfB, Team and Group sites) have this option?
