Solutions Partner - Data 2 months old still not refreshed

Does anyone at all have any suggestions to push Microsoft to update the data relevant to solutions partner?

We are "At Risk" but we can only see January data. It is infuriated as an active growing MSP. Not renewing has major financial implications but we have both hands and one leg tied if we can't see where we 'actually' are more regularly.

We have raised 2 tickets in the partner centre but data that was updated normally 17th of the month still has not been. We are in the renewal window until April 4th so we can actively make impactful changes but we don't even know if it is needed given we were 60/70 points needed for Solutions Partner Modern Work SMB.

Is there any way to appeal if we don't renew based on this lack of data? Has anyone had any success.

 

Any help would be greatly welcomed.

    Try escalating your support tickets in Partner Center don’t just wait. Click “Escalate” and explain that you're in your renewal window but can't act without up-to-date data.

    Reach out to your Partner Account Manager (PAM) if you have one, contact them with your ticket numbers. Let them know the urgency and ask for help pushing it forward.

    Request a formal appeal in your support ticket. Explain that the data delay is affecting your ability to renew fairly and ask for a manual review or grace period.

    Maybe you can use these few points of mine for urgent feedback from them.

    Data should indeed sync every month on the 20th, showing data of the month before. So currently you should see February data (last sync 20th March, showing Feb data). 

     

    If the data sync is not working (which sometimes happens) and the data you're seeing is incorrect for your partner status, you can only log a ticket to support to explain and request an exception. You could also escalate this to your Microsoft PDM. 

    Some of our resellers have had similar issues with points not showing correctly in Partner Center, and they all got exceptions. You'll get a grant of points for the Designation, so that you have 100 points and can renew your status.
