Incorrect # of Deployments in Business Applications designation
Has anybody else problems with the incorrect number of Deployments in Customer Success? Especially with the Business Applications designations, it is not clear.
It shows -2, while the View Details button downloads an Excel sheet showing +5 when comparing 01-CY24 to 01-CY25. Of course only deployments above 10,000 MCV.
Entered a Support request, but the support engineer can only explain the general way of counting the deployments, does not understand when it comes to details......keeps referring to the general way/explanation.
I am very probable putting this in the complete wrong section of this partner portal, but I am not happy with the navigation in this portal, cannot find (or post anything in) the correct section.

A response from the BizApps team":
They need to log a new support request and attach the documentation for why they think it is +5 and not -2.
I hope that helps? I know you have submitted a request support previously, but maybe if you submit a second time and add more details they will be able to get the correct support team to look into it for you.

Hi Jill, I have submitted documentation for December 23 vs December 24 (+5 deployments but shows -1 deployment) and for January 24 vs January 25 (+3 deployments but shows -2 deployments). The (external) support engineer doesn't get it, no idea what I am talking about. I have no more details to submit, it is a pretty straightforward case.
Always the problem with the external vendors doing first line support, they are not up to speed, takes a long time to educate them.......

The team has shared:
You need to keep going through support. You can reopen the old request if not solved and you can also ask for escalation to next level if no progress is made.

I am trying to find someone to help with this, but I don't know if I will be able to find anything. If I do, I will respond here.
Thanks for being part of the community!
