Incorrect # of Deployments in Business Applications designation
Has anybody else problems with the incorrect number of Deployments in Customer Success? Especially with the Business Applications designations, it is not clear. It shows -2, while the View Details b...
Hi Jill, I have submitted documentation for December 23 vs December 24 (+5 deployments but shows -1 deployment) and for January 24 vs January 25 (+3 deployments but shows -2 deployments). The (external) support engineer doesn't get it, no idea what I am talking about. I have no more details to submit, it is a pretty straightforward case.
Always the problem with the external vendors doing first line support, they are not up to speed, takes a long time to educate them.......

You need to keep going through support. You can reopen the old request if not solved and you can also ask for escalation to next level if no progress is made.
