URGENT: Blocked from Partner Center Enrollment ("Runs on trust") - Support portals inaccessible

Thank you, JillArmourMicrosoft​. 

We understand that the Community is not a support portal, and we are trying to follow the recommended process.

However, as we explained in our own topic from September 8, we are unable to submit a request through the official no-sign-in route you provided. The issue is described there in detail, but we have not received a response to that topic yet.

We have tried multiple times over the course of about a week, using different browsers, but receive the same error message every time: “There is a problem submitting your request, try again!” And, as you can see, this appears to be a fairly common issue that has also been reported here by other users.

Could you please advise whether there is any alternative way to have our case submitted when this route is not working?

We are ready to provide all necessary company information and supporting documentation through an appropriate Microsoft channel. We simply need a functioning way to reach the relevant team.
