URGENT: Blocked from Partner Center Enrollment ("Runs on trust") - Support portals inaccessible
Same situation here, and one detail that may help Jill and others: the support form does not work for a blocked account.
MAICPP enrolment for TSE IT SOLUTIONS LIMITED (UK, Companies House 15419504) is blocked by the trust evaluation with reference 715-123160 - on 7 September (correlation ID adc1cf92-aef0-4c13-be51-8e04f7dccff0) and again on 9 September (correlation ID ddda2a1c-a951-4bfe-b7f2-a76e82bf1429). Enrolling account is the tenant's Global Admin on a verified custom domain; the legal entity was created fine and the Partner Program Agreement accepted; the block appears on Accept and continue.
The "log a ticket without a partner account" form linked above returns "There is a problem submitting your request, try again!" every time. Looking at the network trace, the page's call to api-supportservices.azure-api.net/v1/servicerequests/xsrf-token answers HTTP 401 for this account - tested in a normal window and in a private window signed in only as the enrolling admin, under both "Unable to login to Partner Center" and "Enrollment > How do I enroll into MAICPP program". So an account blocked at enrolment cannot reach the one channel that can unblock it.
Could this be escalated to the enrolment / trust team? We are happy to provide the certificate of incorporation, proof of address and a director's ID for a manual review. Our Q&A post with the same details: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5996515
TSEITSolutions thank you for this information and feedback. I will try to find a way to get this to the support team so they can look into it.
To be clear, I cannot guarantee they will make any changes or share back information. All I can do is forward your feedback, the rest is up to that team.

Hi Jill, I’m experiencing the same MAICPP enrolment issue and unfortunately the “support ticket without a partner account” form also fails when I try to submit it. Is there another way I can get the enrolment issue passed to the appropriate support team for manual review? Many thanks, Steven

Unfortunately not. There is no manual review process or anyone to contact. It's all done thru the ticketing system. 😥

Hi Jill, I’m experiencing exactly the same issue today with a UK company enrolling in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
The enrolment is being blocked by the “Microsoft runs on trust” check with reference tel:715-123160.
I have also followed the “support ticket without a partner account” process, but the form fails when I submit it with “There is a problem submitting your request, try again!”, so I have no way of raising the support case Microsoft is asking me to raise.
Company: TopNosh Marketing Ltd trading as BrandBridge
Reference: tel:715-123160
Correlation ID: 476fb61f-a3f5-4eff-b125-13c7facba40d
Would you please be able to pass this to the appropriate Partner enrolment / Trust & Safety support team for manual review? I’m happy to provide Companies House details, proof of address, ID or any other verification documents required.
Many thanks,

StevenBrett The only way for review is through the support ticket system. They are not connected to this forum as this is not a support portal and I am not connected to their teams or systems. I manage this community and that is the extent of my wizardry powers unfortunately. Please keep trying to submit a ticket.
