[INSERT WHAT FIELDS ARE MISMATCHED] in Business verification

Hello Microsoft Tech Community,

I'm reaching out here to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or can offer guidance on how to resolve this.

I recently submitted a Chinese Mainland Business License for account verification. The license was issued on April 9, 2024, and the address on it matches the one I provided during registration. However, after submitting it, I received an error message saying: “[INSERT WHAT FIELDS ARE MISMATCHED]. If it is not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your account information to match any legal documents already provided or your official company registration details.”

I've double-checked, and the information I provided is consistent with the submitted document, so I'm not sure what could be causing the mismatch.

Additionally, my account is now showing an error message that says: “Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your account verification.” Because of this, I’m unable to make any further verification attempts.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Or does anyone know a workaround for resolving this kind of verification error? I’d really appreciate any insights or advice on what steps I can take.

Thank you so much for your help!

I am in your exact situation (ok - from the US, not China).  I submitted all of the documentation that matched exactly what they were asking from during the sign up process.  I got the generic - this doesn't satisfy the request 3 times and requested a reason for failure (with the documentation attached).

I'm already talking to my ISV support manager - he even stated it was a different group and that they had this problem before.  I created a ticket, someone got back to me and I resubmitted all my documentation again.  3 weeks later (today) I get another email from the exact same person I emailed 3 weeks ago complaining that I 'm not being told what wrong with the documentation.

You guessed it - generic response of your documentation doesn't have the correct information.  I'm now at about a month and a half dealing with this.  Sounds like all they are doing is verifying the domain, but their is some issue that I have no idea about.
