I can not pass Employment verification
Hello,
I can not pass Employment verification.
- I updated the primary domain's whois information with the company's legal data.
- I set visible to whois information.
- I renewed the primary domain with the company's legal data and provided the order receipt to the support team.
- I already updated primary and secondary contact information (email address and phone number) with the personal's email address and phone number.
- I already provided the Article of Incorporation document.
- I created 3 different support tickets
But, still can't get approve for my domain name last 2-3 weeks.
Can somebody help me? How can I pass it?

- patti1470Copper ContributorI have given sweat and blood for this account verification. agent copies and pastes same reply for a month. no issue with domain. no issue with email based on info i have been following here. today i woke up to a black account. cannot even see verification workflow. just a shell. why is microsoft being so difficult? this is heartbreaking honestly. to spend a full month only to be rejected. i have no way to appeal as i cannot log tickets. that functionality is also gone

I am reaching out to you for help on this issue as well.
I get this same email from support over and over with no details.
Thank you for reaching out. Please correct your primary contact email address to be compliant. Generic functions or department names, such as "sales1@", "info@," "admin@," "email@," or “marketing@” do not meet the contact email requirements of the program.
All of my emails are in the format "email address removed for privacy reasons
It's been over 6 weeks of going back and forth receiving the same email. Surely there has to be someone to reach out to at Partner Verification that can help.- JillArmourMicrosoft

angelasodemann the only way to reach them is by submitting a support ticket, there is no call center or help desk. I don't know why, but there isn't. 😞

sefa_teyek are the emails you provided personal or business accounts? They must be business to get verified.
What are the comments support is sending back to you on why you haven't been verified yet? Usually, they give you a list of what they need to move forward.

They rejected again my correct legal documents. I compared all legal information again between documents and the application form. All of them are correct with all letters. And email,
I don't think they examined it carefully. They're just playing like Russian roulette.
I don't know what can I do else. - sefa_teyekCopper Contributor
JillArmourMicrosoft I think there's an issue on the platform too.
I opened the New Account Management page, and Click on the rejected application.
And then I clicked on Fix now.
You can see Employment verification step is rejected. I clicked on Fix now.
You can see the account verification status is Authorized and Rejected is gone.
But, If I will refresh my page, the rejected status is returned back on Employment Verification step.
I created 4 different tickets. There's no support person is helping me to solve this issue and I don't know how can I pass it.

I provided a business email address.
Domain name: example.com
Primary Contact Email Address: sefa.teyek[at]example[dot]com or admin[at]example[dot]com
I tried both email formats, but they rejected both of them.
I created 2 different tickets.
The first support person gave this answer:
Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Program. In reviewing your account, we have found that you do not meet Microsoft standards for eligibility. I am unable to provide any additional detail and I will be archiving this ticket.
The another support person answered another answer:
Thank you for reaching out. Please correct your primary contact email address to be compliant. Generic functions or department names, such as "sales1@", "info@," "admin@," "email@," or “marketing@” do not meet the contact email requirements of the program.
I asked questions to the second one, and he replied with the same answer.- JillArmourMicrosoft

I'm sorry to say there is nothing you can do to get past verification if they share the below messaging with you:
"Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Program. In reviewing your account, we have found that you do not meet Microsoft standards for eligibility."
