Community ManagerHow to appeal a rejected partner profile in the verification process
Bruxones I don't know what to do, I have this problem and now I can't send the document, because it has been rejected thousands of times, but everything was sent correctly... and I don't know what to do, can anyone help me?

we are unable to appeal now as we have tried 3 times and it is disabled now.
could you please help with us and we got a potential customers and we are in the process of purchasing the action pack and add a new location to our partner centre, we are a legitimate company and not a solo traders.

WiseOptimizers, you have to create a separate ticket from the Help menu in Partner Center. That's what I had to do once the "Fix It" link stopped working because I exceeded my number of attempts to fix an submit documentation. I assume this is what you are referring to.
