Community ManagerHow to appeal a rejected partner profile in the verification process
JillArmour I am having the same issues. I've been trying to get approved for a month. Now when I try to upload additional documents, the partner center won't upload anything. I have absolutely no way of sending anything and no way of getting any help. I have opened support requests that have been completely ignored and now cannot even submit any new support tickets. It makes me very concerned whether I want to continue to try to work with Microsoft if this is the kind of support they provide to their partners.

You said you are trying to appeal your denied verification or you are trying to upload documents to get verified? I don't know if I can be of much help. I don't have access to their ticket system and they have completely stopped responding to my inquiries internally. 😞
JillArmour I've been having trouble just uploading anything for the last couple of weeks. The website just would not do anything when I tried. Its not consistent either. This morning, I tried again and it actually let me upload 1 document. I was finally able to upload another receipt for the purchase of my domain. It came directly from the company I made the purchase from. It had all of the requested information clearly printed, but again that has been denied as insufficient. Now, it is back to not letting me upload anything again.

amydp0746 UGG! That is so frustrating!! I don't know what is going on with that support portal. I can't get anyone to respond to my inquires either. 😞
- Still hanging - fun part is - i've started deleting partner accounts for some of my other companies.
1 hour later, a call from Partner Center Support.. Priorities 😄
