That's not the problem. The problem is they are saying March 2025 (i.e. LAST MONTH) is more than 12 months ago.

Community ManagerLook at the comment in this post, it may be a good suggestion since months/dates switch around depending on which country you are from and maybe they are misinterpreting your document.
