    Hi Folks,

     

    I just tested it ten minutes ago (March 11th, 2025), and that was a problem with the VPN service. Once I disabled the VPN (temporarily for 10 min) and refreshed the browser, the system processed requests and I now added my two other customer tenants into multiple GDAPs.

I was running into the same “anonymous connection” error (715-123220) in Partner Center. Even though I was signing in with my work account, my Edge browser profile was actually tied to my personal Microsoft account (same email, different identity).

I created a separate Edge profile using my work (Entra ID) account, signed into Partner Center again, and the issue was immediately resolved.

Looks like the session/token context from the browser profile matters more than just the login prompt itself. Since switching to a dedicated work profile, I haven’t hit the error again.
