Error message: unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship'

Hi Folks,
I just tested it ten minutes ago (March 11th, 2025), and that was a problem with the VPN service. Once I disabled the VPN (temporarily for 10 min) and refreshed the browser, the system processed requests and I now added my two other customer tenants into multiple GDAPs.
This problem has started popping up for us. It makes Partner Center pretty useless. Also corresponds with another bug in Partner Center where delegated access no longer resolves correctly on the first attempt. Click a customer -> Service Management and then click Microsoft 365 and it loads my partner tenant. After that, if I close the new tab that is opened and click the same link, it opens the customer tenant using delegated access.
Perhaps those are related. However, this bug is consistent. Microsoft doesn't know how to fix it and it happens when we create a new customer or add roles to the default GDAP for a new customer. We've had to revert to PowerShell scripting in order to operate in Partner Center. Multiple support tickets open with Microsoft and the engineers do not know how to fix it.
