- nick590Oct 29, 2024Copper ContributorHey Jill, any updates on this - is there any approximate time in which this is planned to be resolved?

nick590 don't even think on relying on that sc.mback company, they are not fixing anything. They kept us in line for 2 months without resolving a ticket. Their broken database locked our certificate and they were not able to remove it on their side. Finally they just closed the ticket because they had to play X-box it seems.
Their employees are not trustful (none of them involved in this "partner" portal), that whole process is just there for squeezing money out from their clients of course. Those who can get through it are lucky (or tried long enough to make it pass) however they will not move a finger to fix their system.
- HFHTWOct 31, 2024Brass ContributorHow cool is that, Microsoft is an absolute bullshit company.
Now we got the new certificate registered and we're hanging again at the FIX ME identification **bleep**.
I guess Microsoft Employees are just smoking pot and taking all kind of drugs while laughing their **bleep** off about those idiots who are going through that **bleep**.
2 Months Microsoft was not able to remove our first certificate so we cancelled the certificate at the certification authority, now we registered the new certificate -- all went well and we're stuck at the authentication at **bleep**ing Microsoft.
1 Month ago after removing the certificate that idiotic authentication showed verified, but we were not able to get the certificate back to work and microsoft was not able to do that either because they have **bleep**ed up their database.
I will never ever buy any microsoft product anymore, and advise all people around to do the same. Better look for some intrusive solution to register alternative root certificates in order to allow to load drivers rather than depending on this Microsoft scumbag company which is just messing around with other companies.
