How to remove building listed into
Hello,
On Outlook Calendar, when you click on the little building
You can search for a list of buildings, but how to clean the ones that you don't want to have ?
There is still some Room Lists listed here that where deleted month ago.

1. Clearing individual address records
Method: Deleting Suggested Entries Manually
Click on the address entry box in Mail or Calendar (To/Location field)
Enter the name of the building, when the auto-suggestion appears:
Hover over the suggestion entry
Click the “×” delete button that appears on the right side
2. Batch Clear History
Steps: Empty AutoComplete List
Open Outlook → File → Options
Select “Mail” → scroll to the “Send Mail” section
Click on “Empty autocomplete list” → Confirm
3. Prevent reappearance
Disable address suggestions:
Go to Outlook Options as above
Uncheck the box:
“Suggest name in To, Cc, Bcc boxes”.
“Suggest address in calendar location field”.
4. Advanced cleanup (registry method)
For stubborn residual entries:
Close Outlook
Press Win+R and type regedit
Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\AutoComplete
Delete the “Suggestions” and “NRU” keys.
5. Mobile Sync Cleanup
iOS/Android Operation:
Open Outlook App → Settings → Search “AutoFill”
Select “Clear Search History”
