Forward teams meetings automatically

Hello All,

Can you please let me know how to forward all teams meetings automatically when someone send me a teams meeting invite.

Thank you
  • Hi Aditya1710

Please read my previous post for helpful tips.

Here are the instructions to create rules in Outlook for Windows.

Step 1: Place a checkmark by a condition and click on the blue hyperlink to input the criteria.

Also place a check marked by the action and click on the blue hyperlink to input the criteria

Repeat for Exceptions and press Finish

        Hi Victor_Ivanidze

You want to select Which is a Meeting Invitation or Update. When you select this option, all meetings will be redirected to the person or group of choosing.

However, you may want to narrow your condition.  You may not want to share a personal or confidential meeting with others.  For example, adding an except rule helps.  Except if from Your leader, HR, Client or Except if the subject contains Confidential.

I suggest that you review Condition and Exceptions options carefully.

        I hope this helps.

Alternative Methods: I don't know your full purpose for forwarding meetings to someone.  Another method is you can SHARE or DELEGATE YOUR CALENDAR with someone instead.

ps: Please like or select the best response if you found this post helpful.

  • Aditya1710 Happy Workday to you.

You can create a rule to reroute a Teams meeting unless the organizer has "disallowed" forwarding. When selecting your conditions, actions, and exceptions, I recommend that you choose your requirements wisely. You don't want to inadvertently submit sensitive content. For example, what information in the invitation is unique for all Team Meetings you want to forward.  Is it the Sender, Subject, etc?

    Outlook for the Web

From the top menu, select the Settings icon then View all Settings.

    Select Mail then Rules

    Click on +Add new Rule

    I hope this helps.

    Teresa
