- Victor_IvanidzeBronze ContributorHi AB21805, have a look at TuneReplyAll: https://www.ivasoft.com/tunereplyall.shtml - AB21805Bronze ContributorThanks for this! Can this be sent out to users without them having to run it/activate it? Thanks in advance - Victor_IvanidzeBronze ContributorHi AB21805, as far as I know, yes, you can install it as a typical COM add-in for Outlook using a policy.

- Rights Management would be your friend here. Check this out - https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/office/preventing-reply-all-433041fe-0475-405a-b579-ddddf4951481 - AB21805Bronze ContributorHi PeterRising Thanks for this, although this works a treat on new composed emails, I want this to be able to be permanent so that users don't have to choose the "no reply all" template for each email. Any ideas? - Not to my knowledge something you could do natively. Certainly not with Exchange transport rules, nor with DLP. A quick Google shows some third-party offerings but none that I know of or could comment on in terms or reliability or trustworthiness.
