Disabling Reply all function
Hi all,
Is it possible to disable the Reply all function in Outlook completely?

Hi AB21805, as far as I know, yes, you can install it as a typical COM add-in for Outlook using a policy.

Thanks for this, although this works a treat on new composed emails, I want this to be able to be permanent so that users don't have to choose the "no reply all" template for each email.
Any ideas?
Not to my knowledge something you could do natively. Certainly not with Exchange transport rules, nor with DLP. A quick Google shows some third-party offerings but none that I know of or could comment on in terms or reliability or trustworthiness.
