OneDrive windows app stuck on "signing in" but works in Firefox

I found a solution! The problem was with DNS server address. The router was not able to automatically obtain the DNS server. I had to set both the DNS servers manually. I set the preferred DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and the alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4 on the laptop's Ipv4 properties.
In order to make it work on the devices, I logged into the Wi-Fi's configuration portal and set the DNS server addresses. Now everything works fine!

I was having the exact same issue as you from home accessing my work OneDrive. OneDrive and SharePoint were accessible through Firefox but not through Edge or the OneDrive desktop app. My IT department were blaming my ISP. Changing the DNS fixed it. Thank you!

Yeah, I also wonder why it worked for Firefox. It might be that they are routing the DNS request through their route. In my case, the wifi router could not automatically identify the DNS.
