OneDrive for business not working

Hi there! Have been getting this error for over 6 months:

Can Microsoft make an option to transfer data from blocked OneDrive for business to a personal account with a purchased subscription? Thus, Microsoft will oblige us to purchase a subscription, and we will restore our data. I am ready to buy a one-year subscription.
