One Drive Admin Center Preview
Hi All,
Looks like this one is a bug within OD admin portal. Our policy dont allow to collaboration with external users.
We are unable to turn off this slider button. can some one please take a look?

- It's working for me...by the way in my case external sharing is enabled...but I can move to Off with no problems

Hi Deleted,
As Juan mentioned, you should be able to flip that policy without any issue. Can you trying saving whatever your current policy state is on that page, waiting 15 minutes, then refreshing and trying again? There have been a few cases where things take a few minutes to sync on the backend which could result in the switch "locking". Let me know if that helps. Thanks!
