Limit OneDrive sync client bandwidth in a given time for all/group of users

Howdy Folks !

Is there a way we can centrally define a org level bandwidth limitation to all OneDrive sync clients in a given time (e.g. 150 KB/s between 8.00 am - 5.00 pm) 

I am aware about setting a "Fixed download/upload rate" as described here - Use Group Policy to control OneDrive sync settings - OneDrive | Microsoft Docs but I'm looking for something we can centrally enforce and limited to a specific time frame only.

any ideas are really appreciated !
